Introducing Tayla, the founder of Tayla’d Care Services, established in 2021.
Tayla started her journey as a support worker in 2016, helping individual participants to achieve their goals either at home or out in the community.
Throughout the years of working closely with individuals, Tayla’s compassion drove her to really understand what participants want to achieve and how to help them achieve it.
Why Tayla’d Care Services?
Over the 6 years that Tayla has provided support to individuals for corporate companies under the NDIS, she felt that the business came first not the participant. At Tayla’d Care Services we love to take pride in genuinely getting to know and understand our participants, making each individual participant experience tailor made to achieve their goals.
Our mission is to enrich the lives of the people who access our services through the empowerment of choice and control. We work hand in hand with our participants and their families to formulate the best outcome for their lives and required support. To provide quality and attainable/achievable support services and goals that our participants can rely on, with focuses on stability and quality care.
Our vision is to see all individuals living with disabilities actively included in all aspects of their community and feel empowered to choose and take control in important moments in their everyday life. And that all people are valued, welcomed and understood equally through the support and inclusion in their community and their families.
